We have a limited number of bungalows and all reservations matter to us. We expect you to honour this booking as agreed.
Booking deposit is 50%. Remaining balance must be settled upon arrival.
Cancellation must be notified via email and will become effective upon receipt of a cancellation confirmation email from our side.
ALL rooms are non-smoking – smoking is permitted only on the balcony or terrace.
Due to tropical conditions, it is possible that power outages might occur. Please be assured that in this eventuality Suncliff Garden Resort will do our best to guarantee 24 hours electricity thanks to our private power generator.
The following cancellation charges will apply:
If cancelled 15 days prior to arrival: 600 bath administrative fees will be charged
If cancelled between 7-14 days prior to arrival: your 50% deposit is non refundable
If cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival: the total amount of your booking will be charged.
We will hold the booked bungalow for one night: if you fail to show up or do not inform us about late arrival, the reservation will be cancelled.
Late check-out
Late check-out is granted only upon request.
Late check-out will be charged 50% of the daily room rate.
Check-out after 4 PM will be charged 100% of the daily room rate.
Children and Extra bed policy
An extra bed is available only in selected rooms.
Fees for extra bed is 500 bath/day
Cribs or infant beds are available only on request and only 1 per room
Children under 8 years old stay for free if using existing beds
